Based in Los Angeles, Evan is a plant-loving, film-obsessed, artsy-fartsy Production Designer and Set Decorator who loves bringing stories and characters to life through design. His work embraces camp, quirk, and color, creating heightened worlds that feel expressive and visually rich. He specializes in narrative feature filmmaking, with a particular affection for the beautiful, the strange, and the absurd.

With a BFA in Visual Arts and a BA in Literature, Evan has always gravitated toward the intersection of art and storytelling. He approaches every frame as a canvas and every environment as an opportunity to reveal something about the characters who inhabit it.

Evan’s narrative work spans genres and has received numerous festival nominations and awards, most recently including a 2024 Sundance Jury Award for U.S. Fiction. His commercial clients include Billboard, Absolut Vodka, Lancôme, Savage X Fenty, Walmart, and more.
